Thirty years of making cars drive better than they were built to.
Ridetech started in 1996 with one mission: air suspension that could handle. Today we engineer complete suspension systems for seven vehicle platforms, and we still build every one of them here.
Why we exist
Systems, not parts.
Most suspension "kits" are a bag of parts that lower a car and leave the geometry wrong. We engineer the control arms, springs, dampers, sway bars and hardware together, measure the result on the same car you drive, and publish the numbers.
That approach means a Ridetech car turns in, stays flat and rides like a modern performance car, whether it is a 1969 Camaro on air or a 2024 F-150 on coil-overs.

Timeline
From one shop to seven platforms.
- 1996
Air Ride Technologies is founded in a small shop in Jasper, Indiana, with a single idea: air suspension that drives as well as it looks.
- 2000s
ShockWave combines an air spring and a shock into one unit. StreetGrip, TruTurn and the bolt-on 4-link follow, each one solving a geometry problem, not just a ride-height problem.
- 2008
The name becomes Ridetech to reflect a catalog that now includes coil-overs, control arms, sway bars and complete handling systems.
- 2010s
Systems are proven in the Optima Ultimate Street Car series, Goodguys autocross and on the Bonneville salt. The 1,000,001-mile shock warranty is introduced.
- 2018
Ridetech joins the FOX Factory family, pairing Jasper manufacturing with FOX damping technology.
- Today
Seven platforms, more than a thousand systems, all engineered, tested and assembled in the same Indiana town where it started.
