Talk to a tech

Mon–Fri 8–5 EST. Real people who install these parts.

Will lowering my truck affect towing?
Our rear air assist and load-leveling systems restore ride height under load. Systems are rated to factory payload when installed with the recommended components.
What is the difference between HQ and TQ Series?
HQ Series is single-adjustable rebound, tuned for street and occasional track use. TQ Series is triple-adjustable (rebound, low- and high-speed compression) for competition.
Do I need an alignment after install?
Yes. Every system changes ride height and geometry. We publish recommended alignment specs for each application.
What does the 1,000,001-mile warranty cover?
Every Ridetech shock and ShockWave, for as long as you own the vehicle. Contact tech support with your order number to start a claim.
